Multi-page Website

The main page takes an average of 10 days, followed by 1-2 internal pages per day.

As a result, you will get an archive with a fully finished website designed to bring in requests.

$ 100

Domain + Hosting (optional)

This is the cost of domain and hosting registration (using your data), linking the domain to the hosting, and uploading files. After this, your site will be fully live and accessible on the internet.

Please note that the domain cost is paid separately (I have no way of knowing if you will choose .com, .io, .org, .net, or another extension, so I cannot include that price in the total).

Hosting is also paid separately, but with my recommendation, the first month is free, so you can pay for it later.

$ 100

Free
Admin Panel (Content Management System, CMS)

A simple admin panel that allows you to change any text, images, insert tracking codes, etc. You will also receive a detailed video instruction on how to manage the site through this panel.

It is extremely intuitive and essentially requires no training. Even a child could figure it out.

Down Payment

I'm sure you are not like this, but due to experiences with others who were deceptive—ordering the first screen and not paying, then reselling it (freelancers pretending to be clients to get a free concept), or clients who took the work to a beginner to finish for pennies—I've changed my approach. Prepayment is a necessary measure. Developing a whole site in the hope of not being cheated is a bad idea; I've tried it and moved on. I grew tired of explaining to my wife why I was away all evening only to find I worked for free... There is no reason to distrust me; I've been making sites for over 18 years without a single negative review. It's obviously not in my interest to ruin my reputation for $400. I will explain why every element is where it is and looks the way it does (there will be a separate detailed presentation with images and text). All decisions made during development will be justified, contributing to your goals (sales, orders, subscriptions, etc.), rather than being randomly placed like many developers do. If you disagree and feel it can't be fixed with edits, I will refund the deposit. This hasn't happened yet, but it's possible. However, if you change your mind about making a site, or decide to switch from a landing page to a multi-page site without wanting to pay the difference, the deposit remains with me. Again, no precedents yet, as a compromise can always be found.

$ 400

Phased Development

First, I create the hero section (1st screen), show it to you (justifying all decisions), and once approved (with adjustments if needed), you pay $400.

Next, I build the PC version. When you are satisfied, you pay $400, and I move to the responsive versions (tablet and mobile—note it's one site that adapts to different screens). After that, you pay the remaining balance, and I finalize the project. You'll receive the archive for hosting, or I can upload it for you. More details on the workflow can be found by clicking this link. If you need a website, I'd be happy to help! Contacts are at the bottom of the page.

p.s.

For those who think it's expensive

Experience shows it's easiest to explain with an example.

Imagine you need a taxi. Two cars arrive: a rusty old junker without windows and a brand-new Tesla. The ride cost is the same regardless of the car. Would you get into the junker? ...So why would people buy from a cheap-looking site that doesn't inspire trust? If a neighboring tab sells the same product at the same price but feels more professional, that's where they'll buy. That's reality.

If you want to make a solid profit instead of losing money, order a high-quality website.

If you have absolutely no budget but still need a website, I can offer you a "mint condition BMW" at the price of a budget car :) One of my students will be working on it instead of me, but it’s still better than what others offer for the same price. Anyway, just message me... we’ll work something out))
